PHASE 1
Finding the Right
Property
Our team conducts deep market analysis to identify the most lucrative short-term rental opportunities. One-on-one consultations, underwriting, and detailed property evaluations ensure each opportunity is positioned for strong performance. Curated property options are delivered weekly, with ongoing guidance and refinement, until the right property is secured.
PHASE 2
Interior Design & Project Management
Furnishing, procurement, remodeling, contractor sourcing, and full project oversight. Sourcing, purchasing, and installation are fully managed, with clear timelines and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient build-out. In parallel, listing setup and optimization are led by the onboarding team to ensure a seamless, high-converting launch across all booking platforms. Weekly updates keep you informed at every stage.
PHASE 3
Property Management &
Go Live
Once the property is live, all aspects of operations are fully managed. From guest communication to maintenance and marketing, every detail is handled to ensure a seamless experience for both owners and guests. Advertising is also managed across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, and SMS to drive demand and increase repeat bookings.

Have you completed your agreement via DocuSign?
Your signed agreement is required before we schedule your introductory call with Seth and the Analyst Team.
Once complete, you’ll receive a countersigned copy via email to keep on file and reference at any time.

Business & legal setup — runs alongside Phase 1
LLC formation with Legacy Business Services
Legacy Business Services handles LLC formation, asset protection, and tax setup. Kevin White and the team will follow up directly. This runs in parallel with the property search.

Financing — runs alongside Phase 1
Begin the financing process with Rob, from BNB Lending
Rob, our recommend lender, will walk through financing and financial qualification. Getting this started early puts you in the best position when a property is identified in Phase 1.
